Guest Speaker: Sarah Ballantine, Leaders Institute

Deeply fascinated by humans, Sarah has spent her career collaborating with different people to achieve various feats. Passionate about seeing what’s possible, she helps leaders navigate change - helping people to shift behaviour, attitudes and beliefs to build the future they want by experimenting, broadening their perspectives, learning about systems complexity, building self-awareness and curiosity and helping people better understand the humans they are working with. She runs an emerging leader program in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, called Northern Leaders. She will be talking to us about what makes a great leader and dispelling some myths about leadership.

When not at work you will find her at a live music venue, herding “cats” coaching her daughter’s netball team or learning something new just to see if she can.
